On that role I have managed End 2 End outsourcing work force management from recruitment to vendor payment as well as :

•     Corporate outsourcing work force policies and procedures.

•     Outsourcing work force strategies.

•     Agreements templates to support engagement with vendors of outsourcing work force across the globe.

Run RFP process to :

• Select and negotiate global Master Service provider (“MSP”) that manage the Contingent workforce operations

• Select and negotiate global SAAS that manage outsourcing work force. (“VMS”)
